How to Withdraw Crypto

You can withdraw your digital assets to external platforms or wallets via their address. Copy the address from the external platform or wallet, and paste it into the withdrawal address field on AscendEX to complete the withdrawal.

Step 1: Visit PrimeXBT, Login to your PrimeXBT Account.

Step 2: go to the Main page of your Account, then click Dashboard

Step 3: Click Withdraw for the currency that you want to withdraw:

• Select your withdrawal address (or add a new address)
• Enter the amount of BTC you want to withdraw
• Click Submit to withdraw
• Open your email inbox and confirm the withdrawal.

Note: If you are unable to find the confirmation email, make sure to check all email folders such as Spam/Promotions/Notifications/Updates etc.

How to cancel a withdrawal

To cancel a pending withdrawal:

Step 1: Visit PrimeXBT, Login to your PrimeXBT Account.

Step 2: go to the Main page of your Account, then click Dashboard

Step 3: click on the corresponding Wallet

Step 4: Under Transfer history, click X for the withdrawal that you wish to cancel:

What is the minimum and maximum amount for a withdrawal?

There is no minimum or maximum required withdrawal amount. However, please note that it should be more than the withdrawal fee for the asset you wish to withdraw.

What is the withdrawal fee?

The withdrawal fee is a flat fee (i.e. the fee will remain the same regardless of the amount being withdrawn):

• 0.0005 BTC
• 0.01 ETH
• 30 USDT
• 30 USDC
• 5 COV

Are there any limits on withdrawals?

No, there are no withdrawal limits.

How can I add my withdrawal address?

A withdrawal address can be whitelisted by clicking the Withdaw button for the asset you wish to withdraw, in your Dashboard. Enter the desired withdrawal address and confirm the address via an email confirmation link. See our short whitelisting tutorial.

How fast is my withdrawal processed?

All pending withdrawals are processed once a day, between 12:00 and 14:00 UTC. A withdrawal requested before 12:00 UTC will be processed on the same day. Any withdrawal requested after 12:00 UTC will be processed on the next day.

How can I check the status of my withdrawal? Can I Cancel my withdrawal?

You can follow the status of your withdrawal on the Reports page, under Transfer History.
A pending withdrawal can be cancelled at any time before 11:00 UTC.

Can I withdraw to my bank account?

No, this is not possible at the moment. You can however use third-party services that will allow you to convert Crypto to other currencies, including Fiat, which may then be transferred to your bank.

I didn’t receive a withdrawal confirmation email

Make sure to check all email folders such as Spam/Promotions/Notifications/Updates/etc.or search for a confirmation email from [email protected] via inbox Search bar. If you are still unable to find the email, please whitelist [email protected] in your email settings and request the withdrawal again.

You can deposit digital assets from external platforms or wallets to PrimeXBT via a deposit address on the platform. How to find a deposit address on PrimeXBT?

Step 1: Visit PrimeXBT, login to your PrimeXBT Account.

Step 2: go to the Main page of your Account, then click Dashboard

Step 3: Press Deposit

Step 4: Choose your deposit currency

Step 5: Copy your personal PrimeXBT wallet address, then paste it into the destination field on the site/wallet service from which you are sending funds (or use the provided QR code)

Buying Crypto via Credit card/SEPA transfers

PrimeBXT allows you to buy BTC, ETH and erc20 tokens - USDT and USDC - using a Credit Card / SEPA transfers / Gift cards / Alternative Cryptocurrencies via third-party exchange services.

Step 1: Visit PrimeXBT, Login to your PrimeXBT Account.

Step 2: go to the Main page of your Account, then click Dashboard

Option 1: Mycoinify

1) Select the Amount that you wish to pay with. Click BUY NOW

2) Choose an Email and Password for your Coinify account, select your Country and click Next

3) Go to your email inbox and Confirm registration of your Coinify account. Now, confirm your payment method:

• When using the Coinify payment option for the first time, you will be required to pass their KYC procedure (confirm your identity) in order to verify your Coinify account for future purchases.

Option 2: Paxful (P2P)

Selecting a Paxful payment method will automatically open a separate tab in your browser
Paxful is a P2P payment option that allows you to purchase BTC via various payment methods, such as:

1) Select the Amount and Currency wish to pay with. Click Log in
2) Choose an Email for your Paxful account. Click Log in
When using Paxful.com payment options for the first time, you may be required to verify additional information, such as your telephone number, ID and/or address, in order to verify your Paxful account for future purchases:

3) To continue with the transaction, choose your Payment method: On this page, you will be presented with all of the available payment methods and offers available to you from independent vendors on Paxful, grouped by the payment options that they are willing to accept. Check the offered exchange rate, fees, payment options, ID requirements, and choose an offer that suits you best and click Review offer

Can I change account balance currency or exchange crypto?

Yes, using the in-wallet exchange feature, you can exchange BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC amongst each other, directly in your PrimeXBT account.

Can I deposit via a bank card / bank transfer / gift card ?

It is possible to use third-party services such as Coinify, Xanpool, Paxful, or CEX.io, which will allow you to buy BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC using your bank card, SEPA bank transfer, gift cards, etc. and have it transferred to your PrimeXBT wallet. Direct deposits from your bank card to PrimeXBT are currently not available.

Can I deposit with PayPal?

You can use a third-party P2P service such as Paxful that is available in alternative deposits section of your account to find merchants who accept Paypal for Cryptocurrency purchases.

How long does a deposit take?

• BTC deposits require 3 block confirmations which usually takes around 40 minutes on average;
• ETH and ERC-20 tokens (COV, USDT, USDC) require 10 block confirmations which usually takes around 4 minutes.

These timeframes will vary for different currencies as well as blockchain congestion. PrimeXBT does not charge any deposit fees. You can follow the status of your deposits in your Transfer History.

What is the minimum deposit to start trading?

You can deposit any amount that would be sufficient to provide the required margin for your trades.
E.g. the minimum order size for Bitcoin is 0.001 BTC, thus the minimum margin required to open such a trade with x100 leverage would be 0.00001 BTC.

My deposit is ‘Completed’ but I do not see my funds

To begin trading, you will need to move funds from your Wallet to your Trading Account by clicking the green Fund button on the Dashboard page.
